About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer with proven, hands-on experience designing and optimising customer preference management experiences (Preference Centers).

Mandatory Skills

- Preference Center design - purposes, toggles, granular preferences, consent UX
- Information architecture - taxonomy, hierarchy, navigation, card sorting
- CX design - customer journeys, omnichannel preference experiences
- Wireframing and prototyping - Figma, Sketch or Axure
- Accessibility - WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA, inclusive design
- Usability testing and UX validation - test design, moderation, analysis, success metrics

Preferred Skills

- OneTrust Preference Center familiarity and configuration constraints
- Privacy domain knowledge - GDPR, CCPA, consent frameworks
- Enterprise design systems

Note

- Hands-on Preference Center design experience is required for this role
