OKKO Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior PPC Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign strategy, budget management, lead generation, and performance optimization.

The candidate must be capable of delivering measurable results, improving campaign ROI, and generating high-quality leads while managing advertising budgets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, and paid social campaigns.
- Develop effective paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives and lead generation targets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and search intent analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copy, headlines, targeting strategies, and landing page recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and platform tracking tools.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.




- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, design, and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, Meta Ads updates, automation features, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and audience targeting.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion-focused advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Understanding of landing page optimization, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of proven experience in PPC, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Proven ability to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and achieve campaign targets.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Mohali.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
