will be responsible for overseeing the sales planning & ensure that customers get timely material and align with the overall sales strategy of Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. This role involves coordinating with the sales team to facilitate seamless communication, providing necessary information and assistance, and ensuring that all sales processes function smoothly. The Manager will analyse sales forecast data and trends, generate reports for management, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Production planning with central PPC team.

• Arranging timely material dispatches to customers • Support for updating of forecast,



order processing • Provide full support for data management & back-end operations • Coordinate with back-end for meeting product delivery timelines of customers • Production plan follow-up for execution • Reconciliation of forecast v/s order status.

• Conflict resolution • Upkeeping of all sales records • Updating weekly & monthly reports • Interface with customers for order management / planning related matters / order processing.

• Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time • Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection • Collecting competitor information • Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account
