About the Role

Role OverviewWe're looking for a Power Platform Developer to build and support solutions for our CSR management platform, Light. You'll work under guidance from senior team members while owning your own modules end-to-end.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure quality of assigned customer requirements, under guidance from senior developers
- Flag bottlenecks and recurring issues in the delivery process
- Build solutions using Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Write clean, well-documented configuration/code and follow the team's best practices
- Work with senior team members and client-facing staff to clarify requirements
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in assigned modules,



escalating complex ones as needed

Required Skills

- Required Skills &

Experience 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform or another low-code platform

- Working experience building model-driven Power Apps
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Comfortable owning small-to-medium features/modules end-to-end with guidance from seniors
- Good communication skills and willingness to work directly with clients when needed

Preferred Skills

- Positive to HaveMicrosoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or equivalent)
