Job Responsibilities of Portfolio Relationship Manager in SME Business:
- Acquire current clients and manage existing portfolio in SME space by offering transaction banking products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, WC, TL • Build a strong and robust customer base to increase the balances both assets and liabilities and earn revenue by providing them high standards of service on a going basis • Maintain strong relationship with acquired customers to facilitate day to day transactions and retention • Penetration of cross sell corporate salary mandates, general insurance, mediclaim, wealth & privy account • Knows banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS to seamlessly manage customer service • Understanding of the credit of the company, present proposals to management for seeking approvals and deal closure with client • Ensure there are no delinquencies, portfolio hygiene, deferral closure in time, security creation
