Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor polyhouse operations.
- Crop planning, scheduling and day-to-day crop management.
- Irrigation and fertigation management.
- Pest, disease and crop nutrition management.




- Monitor crop health, quality and yield performance.
- Labour planning and farm team supervision.
- Implement improved agronomic practices and new technologies.
- Maintain proper crop records and reports.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of polyhouse / protected cultivation.
- Sound understanding of vegetable crop agronomy.
- Good knowledge of irrigation, fertigation and plant nutrition.
- Pest and disease identification and management.
- Farm and labour management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Agriculture and practical experience with controlled environment or protected cultivation systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in polyhouse environments, with strong observational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
