We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Organizational Development (OD), and Learning & Development (L&D;) to drive strategic HR initiatives and build organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement PMS and organizational development strategies.
- Drive leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead capability-building initiatives, managerial development, and campus training programs.
- Implement change management initiatives and employee development interventions.
- Manage HRMS/HRIS solutions related to performance management, learning, appraisals, dashboards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HRBPs, plant HR teams, and external training partners.
- Measure learning effectiveness, program ROI, and business impact.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong expertise in PMS, OD,



and L&D;

✅ Leadership development and talent management

✅ Hands-on HRMS/HRIS implementation or administration

✅ Change management and stakeholder management

✅ Training design, competency frameworks, and capability building

✅ Experience in medium to large organizations and multi-location operations

Eligibility Criteria:

- Full-time MBA from a reputed business school.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience with relevant OD, PMS, and L&D; exposure.
- OD/L&D; certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or ASTD are preferred.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week from Noida.
- Reliable career history and compensation aligned with the budget.
