Job Responsibilities

- Handle plumbing and piping work related to industrial utilities and boiler systems.

- Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, steam pipelines, condensate lines, and drainage systems.

- Inspect and repair leakage in pipelines, valves, flanges, joints, and pipe fittings.

- Assist in the maintenance of boiler water lines, feedwater pipelines, and condensate return systems.

- Perform pipe cutting, threading, fitting, jointing, and replacement work.

- Maintain utility pipelines for water, cooling systems, and wastewater.

- Assist in the installation and maintenance of pumps, valves, and related utility equipment.

- Identify pipeline faults and attend breakdowns to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with boiler operators and the maintenance team for routine inspection and repair work.

- Follow safety procedures while working near boilers, steam lines, and pressurized pipelines.

- Maintain tools, spare parts, and records of completed maintenance activities.

- Perform other utility and plumbing maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Qualification

- ITI in Plumber trade preferred.





- Relevant industrial plumbing experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial plumbing and utility maintenance preferred.

- Experience in boiler-related piping and textile or recycling industries will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of industrial piping, valves, flanges, and pipe fittings.

- Practical experience with water lines, steam lines, and condensate pipelines.

- Basic knowledge of pumps, boiler utilities, and industrial maintenance.

- Ability to identify and repair leaks and pipeline faults.

- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

- Must be comfortable working in an industrial utility and boiler area.

- Must follow permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable.

- Should be able to coordinate with boiler operators and maintenance personnel.

- Experience with steam pipelines and pressurized systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
