Roles and Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise plumbing works as per approved MEP drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.

- Review plumbing shop drawings, layouts, and technical submittals.

- Supervise the installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater, and stormwater systems.

- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and work progress.

- Prepare material requisitions, BOQs, and material requirement schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients regarding technical and site requirements.

- Conduct plumbing system inspections, pressure testing, leakage testing, and flushing activities.

- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and approved method statements.

- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, checklists, and testing and commissioning documents.

- Identify site issues,



resolve technical problems, and ensure timely completion of assigned works.Maintain proper records of materials, drawings, inspections, and project documentation.

Experience

- Experience in plumbing and MEP project execution is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, industrial projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, fittings, and installation methods.

- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office applications.

- Valuable site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage manpower, materials, and work schedules effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
