Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC & Automation Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated machinery. The candidate should have basic knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, sensors, control panels, and industrial automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC-based automated machines.
- Work on PLC programming, monitoring, and modification using platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, or Delta.
- Handle HMI configuration, program modifications, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and automation-related machine breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot sensors, proximity switches, limit switches, solenoid valves, and actuators.
- Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, servo motors, and stepper motors.
- Assist in automation system upgrades and process improvement activities.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, control panel drawings, and wiring diagrams.




- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation systems.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and automation modifications.
- Follow industrial safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors, and actuators.
- Knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and machine control systems.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in PLC, automation, electrical maintenance, or industrial machine troubleshooting.
- Experience with automated production lines or PLC-controlled machinery will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant practical training may be considered if suitable.
