Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – Plant In-Charge

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily plant operations and supervise the maintenance team.
- Handle preventive maintenance, machinery breakdowns, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant equipment and machinery.
- Supervise manpower and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain maintenance records and operational reports.

Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering qualification with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical maintenance and plant operations.
- Experience in industrial plant maintenance or waste treatment plants preferred.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
