Roles and Responsibilities

1. Overall Responsible for the smooth operation of the Municipal Water/ Sewage/ Strom

Water Plant , including all Electrical equipment of the plant , in order to keep the assets in healthy condition.

1. While he is responsible for overall operation of the plant, his expertise shall be in

electrical equipment. He shall get all necessary support from the site team for maintenance of mechanical equipment.

1. He is responsible for planning and handling manpower for overall maintenance and

emergency breakdowns.
1. He shall schedule Maintenance of the plant as per site requirements and condition.
2. He shall co-ordinate to carry out all the maintenance activities of various equipment

like pump, motor, valves, LT Panel, Battery Charger, Transformer, EOT Crane, Air Compressor & Surge Vessel, etc.

1. He shall take necessary action at the time of breakdowns and follow the directives

given by the client.
1. He shall co-ordinate and communicate with the client from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile
1.



B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a government-recognized institute.
2. 2 -10 yrs. experience as a supervisor in operation & maintenance or refurbishment in Pumping Stations/ Substation/ Power Plants / Electrical Equipment Manufacturers / High Voltage Plants (3.3 KV & above) and Workplace.
3. Should have good communication and time management skills.
4. Must have knowledge of control circuits, power circuits, single-line diagrams, relays, circuit breakers, HT & LT panels, HT & LT motors, transformers, DG set, EOT cranes, DCDB battery chargers, etc.
