- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against project targets.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely execution.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources according to project requirements.
- Track progress of 11kV & LT underground cable laying, RMU installation and commissioning, and FSP/MSP works.
- Identify project delays, analyze execution constraints, and support corrective action planning.
- Maintain project progress records, look-ahead plans, and updated schedules.
- Coordinate with billing and execution teams to reconcile planned versus actual progress.
