Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Planning Engineers for our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects across hotel and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays, critical activities and potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare project progress reports, weekly reports, monthly progress reports (MPRs) and daily/weekly updates as required.
- Track planned versus actual progress and coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Conduct schedule reviews, delay analysis and critical path analysis.
- Monitor construction milestones, resource deployment and activity-wise progress.
- Assist in developing recovery plans and mitigation strategies for schedule slippages.
- Maintain planning documentation and support project review meetings.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP,



finishing and other project teams to ensure timely completion of activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in project planning for hotel, hospitality, high-rise residential or large building construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, baseline scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path and delay analysis.
- Experience in preparing DPR/WPR/MPR and project progress dashboards.
- Exposure to PMC/Project Management Consultancy environments will be preferred.
- Robust coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
