We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our projects team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in construction planning, scheduling, and in office coordination for high-rise residential developments. The role requires the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, collaborate closely with architects and site engineers, and ensure efficient project execution within planned timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor project schedules, construction programmes, and execution timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to support construction planning.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and project dashboards.
- Monitor resource allocation, material requirements, and construction milestones.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and recommend corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure effective coordination between planning, design, and site execution teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction planning and site execution,



preferably in high-rise residential projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Hands-on experience in site coordination and working directly with architects and construction teams.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, resource planning, and project scheduling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage project deadlines and coordinate multiple site activities.
