Hiring: Commis 1 – Pizza Chef | Hamoni Cafe
What you’ll do:
- Make and ferment dough daily (Neapolitan, thin crust, panuozzo)
- Hand-stretch Neapolitan pizzas
- Bake crisp thin-crust pizzas and make panuozzo to order
- Run the pizza oven and station during service
- Follow FSSAI hygiene standards and keep stock in order
What we need:
- 1–3 years’ experience as a pizza chef or Commis
- Hands-on Neapolitan dough and high-temperature oven experience
- Thin crust and panuozzo experience is a plus
- Rapid, consistent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
