Pillbox Pharmacy is looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join our team .The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of medicines, prescription handling, patient care, and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Dispense medicines accurately according to valid prescriptions.

* Verify prescriptions, dosage instructions, and potential medication interactions.

* Provide appropriate guidance to customers regarding medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions.

* Maintain proper stock levels and monitor medicine expiry dates.

* Ensure medicines are stored under appropriate conditions.

* Manage inventory, stock rotation, and medicine replenishment.

* Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, and controlled medicines, where applicable.

* Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

* Coordinate with the purchase and inventory teams to ensure the availability of essential medicines.

* Monitor expired, damaged,



and near-expiry products and follow the company’s procedures for handling them.

* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper documentation within the pharmacy.

Requirements

* Relevant pharmacy qualification, such as D.Pharm or B.Pharm.

* Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council, as required.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

* Positive knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy operations.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy billing or inventory software.

* Good attention to detail, responsibility, and organisational skills.

* Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule.
