Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Physics

Educational Qualifications:

- M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed. from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school preferred.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics and excellent numerical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
- Proven track record of producing excellent results in CBSE Class XII Board Examinations.

- Deliver concept-oriented, engaging and competency-based Physics lessons for Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students' analytical thinking, scientific reasoning and numerical problem-solving abilities.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, assessments and question papers aligned with the latest CBSE examination pattern.
- Train students to effectively answer application-based, case-based, numerical and higher-order thinking questions.
- Conduct practical sessions,



laboratory experiments and demonstrations to strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Analyse students' academic performance and implement targeted remedial and enrichment strategies.
- Prepare students systematically for CBSE Board Examinations through regular assessments, revision and performance analysis.
- Maintain high standards of academic discipline, classroom management and professional accountability.
