We are hiring customer service professionals for the PERK International Travel Process. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in international travel and prior experience handling blended voice and non-voice processes, including email and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to international travel, bookings, reservations, and travel-related services.

Provide customer support through inbound/outbound voice calls, emails, and live chat.

Assist customers with travel itineraries, booking modifications, cancellations, and related queries.

Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of customer requests.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel





Prior experience in a Blended Voice + Email/Chat process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valuable customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work from the office.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in international travel support, travel bookings, airline reservations, travel operations, or travel customer service who have handled both voice and non-voice customer interactions.

Important:International travel experience and blended voice + email/chat experience are mandatory screening criteria.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
