Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead performance testing and engineering initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of critical applications and databases. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise to monitor system health, resolve complex performance bottlenecks, and implement robust testing strategies that align with business objectives. This position is essential for maintaining high availability and optimal operational standards across our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive performance testing protocols using specialized tools such as RoboClient and SCAPA to validate system capacity and stability under various load conditions.
- Manage and maintain monitoring ecosystems, including Zabbix and Redgate Database Monitoring, to ensure real-time visibility into system metrics and potential anomalies.
- Oversee the administration of Java environments and RoboClient configurations to support seamless application performance and integration.




- Utilize BMC Remedy to efficiently track, manage, and resolve incidents and problems related to application and database performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and tuning of both application logic and database structures to eliminate latency and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and refine performance testing strategies to proactively identify risks before they impact production environments.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, with a specific focus on performance engineering.
- Proven proficiency in Zabbix and Redgate Database Monitoring tools for continuous system surveillance.
- Solid hands-on experience administering Java applications and RoboClient environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing BMC Remedy for incident and problem management workflows.
- Advanced skills in application and database performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
- Extensive background in conducting load testing using RoboClient and SCAPA platforms.
