Are you passionate about digital advertising, campaign optimization, and driving measurable business growth? We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing Branding & Marketing team!

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

-Manage Google Ads campaigns and other paid marketing channels, as required.

-Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.

-Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.

-Coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and online sales.

-Track campaign results and prepare performance

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

-Knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking.

-Robust analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.

-Experience in FMCG, D2C or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
