Performance Marketing Manager – Learnfidence Education Services LLP

Learnfidence Education Services LLP is looking for an experienced and target-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and improve ROI.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Optimize advertising budgets and ensure effective campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on measurable results.
- Ability to work from the office.
