Required Skills and Expertise

● Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management and optimization.

● Proven experience managing 30+ client accounts simultaneously, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.

● Experience managing Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.

● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.

● Practical experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and campaign attribution.

● Excellent understanding of campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for campaign analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong client management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency workplace.

● Understanding of landing page optimization, lead generation funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
