We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager | MagickWorld

We’re looking for a performance marketer to drive enquiries, bookings, and measurable growth across our Experiences, Attractions, and Stays categories.

Experience: 4–6 years

Location: Jaipur preferred; remote candidates based in India may also apply.

Hospitality niche experience is a solid plus.

What you’ll do

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve return on ad spend.
- Drive qualified enquiries and bookings while reducing acquisition costs.
- Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with our content, design, and development teams to improve booking conversions.
- Report campaign results and recommend actions for growth.





What we’re looking for

- 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Proven results with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical, conversion tracking, and A/B testing skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently.
- Experience generating bookings for hotels, resorts, homestays, or other hospitality businesses will be an added advantage.
