We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, optimization, and performance analysis to generate quality leads, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversions API where applicable.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, and other key performance metrics.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce advertising costs.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Valuable understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience with Meta lead generation, sales, and retargeting campaigns.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
