WE'RE HIRING: PERFORMANCE MARKETING & GROWTH MANAGERMeta Ads | Google Ads | Growth Strategy | Lead Generation

We don't want someone who just runs ads. We want someone who knows how to make brands EXPLODE.

We're a fast-moving creative startup looking for a performance marketer who's obsessed with growth, loves experimenting, understands people's attention, and knows how to turn creative ideas into actual numbers.

Views are cool. Followers are great. But growth, leads, conversions and revenue? That's the real game.

YOUR PLAYGROUND

- Own Meta & Google Ads: Strategize, launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search and Display.
- Grow Audiences: Drive genuine followers, subscribers, engagement and brand awareness. Build communities, not just vanity metrics.
- Generate Leads: Create high-converting campaigns that bring in qualified leads, enquiries, customers and actual business.
- Make Brands Famous: Find creative ways to put brands in front of the right people, grab attention and make them memorable.
- Experiment Like Crazy: Test hooks, creatives, copy, audiences, funnels, placements and campaign strategies. Find what works. Scale it.
- Own the Numbers: Track CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and growth. Know exactly where the money goes and what comes back.
- Think Beyond Ads: Explore retargeting, remarketing, landing pages, conversion funnels and new growth opportunities.
- Work With Creatives: Collaborate with our designers, editors and content team to develop ads that actually perform.
- Stay Ahead: Spot trends, platform updates, changing audience behaviour and opportunities before everyone else catches on.

WHO WE WANT 2+ years of real, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Someone who has actually managed budgets,

scaled campaigns and delivered measurable results.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative strategy, audience psychology and conversion funnels.

Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

A creative brain with an analytical mindset. You understand both the idea and the data.

Someone who takes ownership, makes decisions, fixes problems and moves without being chased.

Curious, resourceful, fast, slightly obsessed with results and always experimenting.

OUR KIND OF PEOPLE

We love people who say:

"I have an idea. Let's test it."

"This campaign isn't working. Here's what I'm changing."

"I found an opportunity. Let's go after it."

"Give me the goal. I'll figure out the strategy."

We're not looking for someone who needs instructions for every little thing.

We want someone who's hungry to build, test, learn, break patterns and create serious growth.

No corporate autopilot. No endless excuses. No waiting around for someone to tell you what to do.

You'll have creative people around you, room to experiment and the ownership to make things happen.
