We are looking for a performance-driven professional to join our digital marketing team and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive online sales, conversions, and e-commerce growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, particularly Google Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), and conversion-focused campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing campaign execution, monitoring performance, analyzing campaign metrics, and optimizing budgets to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Google Shopping Campaigns: Execute and manage Shopping campaigns, including product feed monitoring, product-level performance tracking, and optimization.
- Performance Max (PMax): Manage PMax campaigns with a focus on e-commerce sales, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Conversion Campaigns: Execute conversion-focused campaigns to drive online purchases, website transactions, and other relevant business outcomes.
- Meta Ads: Set up and optimize conversion and sales campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and other key performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency.
- Budget Management: Track daily campaign spends, pacing, and performance against allocated budgets.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare campaign reports, analyze results, identify gaps, and recommend actionable optimizations.




- Tracking & Measurement: Work with pixels, conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and related tools to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
- Creative Coordination: Coordinate with creative and content teams to test ad creatives, product assets, copy, and landing pages.
- E-commerce Focus: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with product availability, seasonal launches, sales events, and business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid campaign execution.
- Practical experience managing Google Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Experience running e-commerce or D2C campaigns with a focus on online purchases and revenue.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, GA4, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance using key digital marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
- Strong execution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, lifestyle, beauty, or other e-commerce/D2C brands will be an advantage.
- A hands-on executor who can independently manage day-to-day campaign operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with a strong focus on measurable results.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying optimization opportunities.
