We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and maximize conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign data and implement growth strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ads.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in campaign optimization and budget scaling.
- Solid analytical skills and understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion tracking.
- E-commerce/D2C experience preferred.
