Position: PCB Design Engineer

Location: EMART Exim Pvt Ltd, Kharadi, Pune

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary Range: ₹ 30,000 – ₹60,000/month depending on skillset

Reporting to: Product Head – EMBOX Brand

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design 2-layer and 4-layer PCBs using tools like Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, EasyEDA
- Create schematic diagrams and ensure BOM accuracy
- Optimize layouts for USB charging, PD power protocols, AC-DC converters
- Work on EMI/EMC considerations, thermal management, and product safety
- Interface with manufacturers (India/China) for prototyping and mass production
- Collaborate with Chinese suppliers to localize or improve their reference designs
- Run basic lab tests and create test reports

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of electronics and circuit design
- Experience with USB 2.0/3.0, Type-C,



power management ICs, and voltage regulators
- Familiarity with SMPS, inverter circuits, and protection circuits (TVS, MOV, fuse)
- Able to work with firmware/MCU engineers if needed
- Communication skills for dealing with international vendors (China)

Preferred Experience:

- Has worked on commercial hardware products
- Experience in consumer electronics, EV accessories, or smart home devices
- Exposure to rapid prototyping tools and local PCB vendors

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
