Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist role based in Gurugram.

The Payroll

Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements for employees.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, calculating earnings and deductions, handling statutory compliances and payroll taxes, and managing garnishments and other payroll-related adjustments. The role also involves coordinating with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing periodic payroll reports for management.

Qualifications

- Strong payroll administration skills, including maintaining payroll records and ensuring accurate employee data.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and payroll services,



with experience managing monthly cycles and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and related statutory compliances applicable in India.
- Experience handling garnishments and other deductions in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
- Relevant experience with payroll software or ERP systems and solid Microsoft Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams.
- Graduate degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field; specialized payroll or HR certifications are an advantage.
