Key Requirements:
- Experience in US healthcare payment posting, ERA/EOB processing and payment reconciliation.
- Ability to identify payment discrepancies, denials, underpayments and credit balances.
- Familiarity with SIS Complete, Waystar or similar RCM systems preferred.
- Solid numerical skills, attention to detail and computer proficiency.
Candidates with relevant medical billing experience or strong aptitude for learning may apply.
