Key Responsibilities

- Sample Handling: Collect, receive, verify, and properly label blood, urine, tissue, and microbiological specimens. [1, 2]

- Testing & Analysis: Perform routine and specialized tests in hematology, clinical pathology, biochemistry, serology, and microbiology. [1]

- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab analyzers and microscopes. [1, 2]

- Quality & Safety: Follow infection control, biohazard waste disposal, and quality control standards. [1]

- Record Keeping: Enter accurate data into laboratory information systems (LIS) and deliver timely reports to clinicians. [1]

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) / BSc in a related science field. [1]

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with automated lab equipment, data management software, and basic computer applications. [1, 2]

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and strict adherence to patient confidentiality. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
