Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Patient Callers to join our US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing appointment-related support, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and pending information.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required.
- Verify patient demographics and basic insurance information.
- Follow up with patients for required documents, medical information, or outstanding balances, depending on process requirements.
- Update patient details and call outcomes accurately in the system.
- Handle patient queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
- Achieve daily productivity, quality, and call-handling targets.

Required Skills

- Good English communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Customer service skills and a patient-friendly approach.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare, BPO, voice process, or patient calling are preferred. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
