Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in AI governance and administration. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, with a specific focus on generative AI technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks, and drive the successful implementation of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage AI governance projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management on project status and outcomes.




- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI governance and administration.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in AI governance and administration.
- Solid expertise in generative AI technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AI ethics and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their implications for AI.
- Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts.
- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI governance and administration.
- Demonstrated success in leading AI-related projects and initiatives.
