Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure productive packaging operations by managing inventory, procurement, and material usage.
- Oversee packaging activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of packaging processes.
- Monitor and control packaging costs, including material expenses and labor efficiency.
- Develop strategies to improve packaging performance, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in packaging operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, procurement procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
