Job Title: Packaging Executive – Procurement

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹50,000 per month (In-Hand)

We are looking for a Packaging Executive – Procurement to manage packaging development, vendor coordination, procurement, and material planning for cosmetics and fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage packaging development for bottles, caps, pumps, cartons, labels, and closures.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Marketing, Design, Production, and suppliers.
- Handle procurement and planning of raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM).
- Identify vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory and ensure material availability for production and new product launches.
- Support Recent Product Development (NPD) from packaging concept to final approval.
- Coordinate packaging trials, drop tests, and transit testing.




- Drive cost optimization and vendor development.
- Maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, testing reports, and procurement records.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Science, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in packaging development and procurement.
- Experience in vendor management, price negotiation, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, testing, and quality standards.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Fragrances, FMCG, or Personal Care industries preferred.
