Role Description This is a full time, on-site Owner role based at ELITE FINANCIAL CORP in Trivandrum. The Owner is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies. Daily activities include monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, reviewing key reports, and making decisions to drive growth and profitability.

The role involves leading and mentoring teams, cultivating client relationships, and representing the organization in external meetings with partners, regulators, and stakeholders. The Owner also evaluates business risks and opportunities, implements process improvements, and ensures high standards of service and ethical practice are maintained across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis,



including experience interpreting financial statements and performance metrics.
- Experience in business strategy, planning, and execution, with a track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including risk assessment and mitigation in a dynamic business environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in senior management or ownership within financial services or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum and commit to a full-time schedule.
