Role Description The Owner role is a full-time on-site position based in Tirunelveli, responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations and strategic direction. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff, coordinating production and supply chain activities, supervising sales and customer service, and monitoring financial performance. The Owner will develop and execute business plans, maintain relationships with vendors and partners, and ensure brand standards are consistently met across products, packaging, and communications.

This role involves reviewing and optimizing processes, addressing operational issues promptly, and making data-informed decisions to drive growth and profitability. The Owner will also lead local marketing initiatives, uphold compliance with relevant regulations, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirunelveli on a full-time schedule and handle hands-on responsibilities.
