Outdoor Salesman / Outdoor Sales Executive – UAE

Education: High School / Plus Two or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Salesman to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company products or services, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain product features, prices, and benefits to potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
- Negotiate prices and sales terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional customer service standards.

Requirements
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to approach new customers and build business relationships.
- Confidence in field sales, customer visits, and product promotion.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and sales reporting.
- Previous outdoor sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply, subject to employer requirements.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage and may be required depending on the job.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
