Job Summary

Position: Marketplace Growth & Outreach Intern

Location: Pune (Preferred) / Open to Remote (Pan-India)

Employment Type: Internship (Full time)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 / month (Fixed)

We are seeking articulate, proactive, and persuasive interns to support our seller onboarding and community expansion initiatives. In this role, you will help build our vendor pipeline by identifying independent fashion labels, introducing them to our digital storefront ecosystem, and engaging shoppers through targeted promotional outreach.

Job Duties

- Research, source, and build contact databases of independent designers, apparel labels, and boutiques.
- Introduce the platform's digital storefront model and features to prospective sellers.
- Guide sellers through account setup, profile verification, and catalog uploads (product photos, descriptions, variants).
- Identify potential shoppers and execute outbound communication campaigns to share platform collections and seasonal offers.




- Maintain daily records and status updates across tracking sheets and internal tools.
- Keep up with daily communication workflows and follow-ups across both seller and shopper pipelines.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Fashion Management, or Communications preferred).
- Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication skills over phone calls (proficiency in English and Hindi is essential).
- Positive attitude with an interest in business outreach, vendor coordination, and community building.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / MS Excel) for data organization.
- Keen interest in e-commerce, Indian fashion, retail apparel, or social commerce platforms.
