Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant – Payroll

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years in Oracle Fusion HCM

Work Mode: Hybrid (Mandatory 2–3 days per week from office)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 45 Days

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll with strong functional expertise in payroll configuration, implementation, and support. Candidates with UK Payroll Legislation experience are preferred; however, experience with any other country’s payroll legislation will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll functionalities.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
- Work on payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, payroll flows, and related configurations.
- Analyze payroll requirements and translate business needs into effective functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and support payroll testing,



validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Support end-to-end payroll implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Fast Formulas.
- UK Payroll Legislation experience is preferred; other country payroll legislation experience is acceptable.
- Good understanding of payroll configuration, processing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid mode from Bangalore office, 2–3 days per week.
- Candidates with a notice period of immediate to 45 days are preferred.
