: Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) + GoldenGate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with hands-on expertise in Oracle Database Administration and Oracle GoldenGate. The candidate will be responsible for database installation, configuration, performance tuning, replication, troubleshooting, and ensuring database availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases.
- Monitor database performance and perform performance tuning and query optimization.
- Configure and manage Oracle GoldenGate replication.
- Monitor replication processes and troubleshoot replication lag and failures.
- Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Perform database patching, upgrades, and security administration.
- Manage database users, roles, privileges, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot database performance and production issues.
- Support high availability and data replication requirements.




- Maintain database documentation and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills
- 5 TO 8 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
- Experience in Oracle GoldenGate configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of GoldenGate Extract, Data Pump, and Replicat processes.
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience with database backup and recovery using RMAN.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database architecture.
- Experience in database monitoring, patching, and user management.

Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
- Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience supporting production databases in 24/7 environments.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
