We have an urgent contract hiring/Freelancing requirement for an Oracle CCS Technical / Integration Consultant.

We are specifically looking for a strong technical Oracle CCS / Integration Consultant, rather than a purely functional Oracle Utilities Consultant.

The candidate must have hands-on Oracle CCS technical expertise, strong integration and API knowledge, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Please ensure candidates have at least 2 years of actual Oracle CCS experience. Experience limited to Oracle CC&B; or other Oracle Utilities products will not be sufficient.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of strong Oracle Utilities experience, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) experience
- Solid understanding of utility billing processes, Bill Segment processing, Service Agreements, usage calculations, and billing exception handling
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), business objects, business services, algorithms, configurations, and To-Do processing
- Strong understanding of Measuring Components, device reads, Initial Measurement Data (IMD), and billing-related data structures
- Proven experience in Oracle CCS technical integration, including APIs, web services, middleware, and external system connectivity
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, authorization, and secure cloud connectivity
- Experience with API integration, data mapping, interface contracts, error handling, and troubleshooting




- Strong SQL and relational data analysis skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration support
- Experience with billing exceptions, anomaly investigation, and exception resolution workflows
- Experience supporting integration testing, SIT, UAT, and technical issue resolution
- Understanding of enterprise API integration with AI applications or agents
- Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as the candidate will work directly with US-based client stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with solution architects, integration developers, and Azure AI engineers
- Availability for immediate onboarding and scheduled overlap with US stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Good to Have
- Experience integrating Oracle Utilities with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or other AI platforms
- Familiarity with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, App Service, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Key Vault
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or enterprise API integration with AI agents
- Experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B;, Meter Data Management (MDM), and AMI-related billing scenarios
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, or Oracle Utilities scripting and extensions
- Exposure to AI-assisted exception handling, anomaly detection, approval workflows, and audit logging
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Oracle Utilities certifications
