What You’ll Do

- Provide application support and demonstrations of ophthalmic equipment to doctors, optometrists and clinic staff
- Train and support end-users on the correct operation of machines and software.
- Install, configure and maintain software applications used in ophthalmic machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues, escalating to IT and development teams where required.
- Apply your understanding of eye conditions and vision defects (e.g., myopia, astigmatism, glaucoma) to support the correct use of diagnostic tools
- Explain medical and technical terms simply and calmly to users at all levels
- Maintain accurate records of installations, training sessions and service visits
- Prepare documentation and update user manuals




- Work closely with IT, development and sales teams to improve application performance and customer experience
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and eye-care practices

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Optometry (B.Optom) or Master's degree in Optometry (M.Optom)
- Freshers are welcome to apply; internship or clinical training exposure is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of eye examination instruments and basic equipment Positive understanding of eye conditions and vision defects Strong communication and interpersonal skills
