Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an Ophthalmologist based in India. The responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a variety of eye-related conditions, performing comprehensive eye exams, conducting surgical or non-surgical procedures as required, and advising patients on eye care.



The Ophthalmologist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, contribute to community outreach, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

- Expertise in diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, visual impairments, and other eye-related conditions
- Proficiency in performing eye surgeries, including advanced surgical techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with teams
- Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and knowledge of current ophthalmology best practices
- Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Ophthalmology, accompanied by relevant certifications or licensure
- Prior clinical or hospital-based experience in ophthalmology is highly desirable
- Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on ethical practices
