We are looking for Operations, Training & Compliance Assurance Consultants to support organisation-wide data protection awareness, DPDP compliance training, and breach preparedness initiatives.

The role involves developing training materials, conducting role-based awareness sessions, coordinating training delivery across stakeholder groups, and organising tabletop data breach simulation exercises.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver organisation-wide DPDP awareness and training programmes.
- Conduct training for employees, agents, intermediaries, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Organise and deliver approximately 200 training sessions during the project.
- Develop role-based training programmes tailored to different functions and responsibilities.
- Prepare training presentations, learning materials, awareness documents, and supporting content.
- Conduct quarterly tabletop data breach simulation exercises, contributing to a total of 20 exercises during the project period.
- Assess training effectiveness, maintain attendance and completion records, and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with privacy, legal, information security, HR, and business teams to support compliance awareness.
- Help stakeholders understand data protection responsibilities, incident reporting procedures, and relevant DPDP requirements.




- Maintain appropriate training documentation and evidence to support compliance assurance activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.
- Must possess at least one relevant certification: CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, CIPT, or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrable experience with DPDP Act compliance requirements.
- Experience in privacy awareness, compliance training, stakeholder engagement, or information security awareness programmes.
- Solid presentation, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to develop structured training materials and coordinate multiple training sessions.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and tabletop breach simulation exercises is preferred.

Work Conditions
- Five days a week, working from the client office in Mumbai.
- Regular business hours; Saturday working may be required based on business needs.
- Working hours may occasionally extend depending on project timelines.
- The exact office location will be shared upon selection.
- Background verification, including a Police Clearance Report, will be required.
- Candidates must be available to join immediately or at short notice.
