About the Role

Tiny Social Design is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations & Production Associate to join our team. You will work closely with artisans, vendors, suppliers, and internal design teams to coordinate production, manage materials, track orders, and ensure products move smoothly from sample development to the final product.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day production activities with artisans, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
- Manage production follow-ups, samples, orders, and the movement of materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with existing artisans, vendors, and material suppliers, including onboarding new partners when required.
- Monitor the quality of materials, samples, and finished products, and coordinate corrections or rework where needed.
- Track inventory, manage material procurement, and maintain organised stock records.
- Maintain production, vendor, inventory, and expense documentation using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and similar tools.
- Assist with vendor and artisan payments, petty cash, invoices, and expense tracking.




- Support the organisation and upkeep of the studio/workshop.
- Identify operational challenges, take ownership of resolving them, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working with artisans, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and similar tools.
- An interest in products, materials, design, craft, and making.
- A practical and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in a hands-on production environment when required.

Preferred Experience: Experience working with artisans, handicrafts, design-led businesses, social enterprises, or similar environments would be an advantage, but is not essential. Who Should Apply?

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
