Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Oversee client management, escalation management, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards for digital marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in Operations Management or related field (digital marketing).

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.

- Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Strong understanding of SLA Management, Customer Success, Excel Reporting, Martech/Adtech platforms.
