byteXL is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive campus-level execution, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth and efficient operations across assigned locations.

The role requires a hands-on professional who can take ownership, solve operational challenges, manage teams and stakeholders, and maintain consistent execution standards in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day campus operations and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Track key operational metrics, maintain reports, and share updates with leadership.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and accountability.
- Support coordination across campuses and ensure adherence to operational requirements.
- Take ownership of challenges and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills:





- 4-8 years of relevant experience in operations, branch management, project coordination, account management, or similar roles.
- BE/BTech, or an MBA along with any graduation degree.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, and execution skills.
- Willingness to work full time on campus and transfer between locations when required.
- Experience in EdTech, education operations, or multi-location businesses is preferred.

Work Requirements:

- Full-time, on-campus role with six working days per week.
- Remote work is not available.
- Accommodation is not provided.
