About Us

Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup fixing how debt recovery works in India. We work with banks, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs) and NBFCs, and the industry has been stuck with clunky, manual processes for far too long. We're changing that by combining legal processes (SARFAESI, Sec 13(2), Sec 14, DRT) with smart automation, clean design, and AI that actually does something useful. We're a small, founder-led team with deep domain expertise, and we move fast.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Intern who's ready for anything and everything. This isn't a narrow, do-one-task internship. It's a front-row seat in the engine room of a startup. One day you're on a call with a client, the next you're coordinating with a vendor, and the day after you're building a small AI tool to kill a task you don't want to do twice.

This one's aimed at 2026/27 graduates. If you're finishing up or just out and want to spend your first stretch somewhere you'll learn quick and do real work, keep reading.

We're big on AI here. We don't want someone who does repetitive work by hand. We want someone who reaches for AI first, builds their own small tools, writes their own prompts, and automates the boring stuff out of existence. If you've ever thought "there has to be a faster way to do this," you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Front the relationship with clients and vendors. Calls, follow-ups, coordination, and keeping everyone moving.

Own operational tasks end to end. Whatever needs doing to keep things running, you do it.

Use AI aggressively to automate repetitive work instead of grinding through it manually.

Build your own small tools and workflows to make yourself and the team faster.

Write and refine prompts for our internal AI tools.



You'll be hands-on with prompt engineering.

Keep records and pull together reports, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Spot what's broken or slow, then fix it or build something that fixes it.

What We're Looking For

High agency. This is the big one. You figure things out yourself, and you don't wait for permission. You find a way and make it happen.

AI-native. You already use AI daily and you're excited to push it further. You see Claude as a tool to build with, not just chat with.

Extremely organised. You track things, close loops, and follow up without being chased.

Scrappy and adaptable. The work changes day to day, and you'd rather figure it out than have everything spelled out.

Low ego, high curiosity. You're happy to do the unglamorous work well, and curious enough to understand why it matters.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Any prior internship involving operations, coordination, or client-facing work A track record of building things: side projects, automations, tools, anything that shows you make stuff

Interest in fintech, legal-tech, or how AI is changing industries that have barely been touched by it
